Welcome to FoxFireCards. By accessing this website and placing an order you agree to the following terms.

Authenticity Guarantee

Every product we sell is 100% genuine and factory-sealed, sourced from authorized distributors and official supply channels. We do not sell counterfeit, replica, proxy, reprinted or unofficial goods of any kind. Product images and brand names are used solely to describe the genuine items we sell; all trademarks, logos and character rights remain the property of their respective owners, and FoxFireCards is an independent reseller and is not affiliated with or endorsed by those rights holders.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are inclusive of the item cost only; shipping and any applicable import duties are additional. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel and refund any order affected by an obvious error. Payment is taken securely at checkout; we do not store full card details.

Product Availability

Trading-card products are frequently allocated and may sell out quickly. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will notify you and issue a full refund. Pre-order release dates are set by the manufacturer and may change.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use this site for any unlawful purpose or to place fraudulent orders. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FoxFireCards is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.
